The goal of this blog is to inform the public, real estate professionals, and the legal community about the foreclosure process, and what is currently playing out in local communities.



I will present facts and individual cases to illustrate the problems we are having as a nation with regard to foreclosures. As part of this presentation, I will talk about the law as it applies to foreclosures.
